About Alice
Alice Antonelli, Founder and Principal
For over 25 years, Alice Antonelli has provided strategic financial advice and consulting services to nonprofit executive directors and board members, including financial coaching, thought partnership, board development, and practical financial advice.
Alice worked for Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) for 21 years, and was responsible for leading consulting initiatives, playing a lead role in delivery and product development; cultivating and managing client relationships; and teaching workshops and seminars. Early in her tenure with NFF, Alice was a part of the NFF lending team, responsible for business development and underwriting loans. Prior to NFF, she worked at JPMorgan Chase as VP for the Community Development Corporation.
She currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the National Fund for Sacred Places and the US-based Advisory Committee for Hesed Resource & Development Foundation, and in the recent past served as a member of the Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Chair of the Audit Committee of Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, and a member of the Arcadia University Career Advisory Board.

She previously served as a member of the Portfolio Advisory Group of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, in the capacity of grant panelist for both the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, as guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, and faculty for the NeighborWorks America Training Institute.

Alice earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BS from St. Lawrence University, and was a PQAS-certified instructor for early childhood education organizations (under the Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System).

Rebecca Thomas is the Principal of Rebecca Thomas and Associates, which assists nonprofit leaders in making choices that build organizational health and adaptability. She collaborates with philanthropies to design and implement grant strategies and programs that better align resources to the organizations needs. With two decades of consulting experience, Rebecca brings field-tested perspective about what it takes to build resilient institutions in the service of their missions.

Before founding Rebecca Thomas & Associates, Rebecca was Vice President at Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), a community development financial institution that brings together investments, knowledge and advice to unlock the potential of mission-based organizations. There, she led NFF’s arts strategy, designed and implemented national programs, and directed business and product development efforts. Among her achievements was running the six-year $15 million Leading for the Future initiative, a program that combined flexible capital with advice to help leading performing arts organizations transform their business models to achieve artistic goals.

​She received her MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors from Yale University.
Madeleine Fisher joined Antonelli Consulting in 2024 as Marketing Associate, and provides marketing and design expertise, leveraging creativity and analytical skills to drive impactful results. She specializes in data-driven approaches to identify social-media trends, ensuring that content resonates with targeted audiences. In addition, she is combining her love for numbers and client engagement to provide financial support to the firm’s current client base. Prior to joining AC, she implemented web and analytical support as a Marketing Assistant for Backroads Travel.
Madeleine received a BA in Design | Media from UCLA.
Thomas McGrail joined Antonelli Consulting in 2024 as a Technology Associate, providing expertise in advanced business information systems to enhance organizational efficiency. He specializes in automating administrative tasks, allowing professionals to focus on higher-priority matters. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Delaware.
